This is rain falling on the Water lilies. The Water Lily is very special for two reasons. The first is that my grandmother would call me lily-rose as she saw that I had a strong connection to the water. I always saw the name as a connection to our land but also to her as my middle name is rose after her. The second is that the Water Lily traditionally was a valuable food source for my people. It was different as each part of the plant can be eaten.
