Buy with confidence and a 100% money back guarantee. This guarantee is dependent on the buyer contacting Maliyaa within 7 days of delivery to return any goods. If- after contact- the goods are returned within 14 days and in good condition Maliyaa will give a full refund.

 

All artworks purchased on Maliyaa come with a 7-day unconditional money back guarantee. If, for whatever reason, on delivery of your artwork(s), you are not satisfied with your acquisition or if it doesn’t meet your expected standard, you may return the artworks(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. You may also swap the item(s) for another artwork up to the value of the originally purchased item(s).

 

Our goal is to make sure you have the best experience with buying your art on Maliyaa. Although we put a lot of effort in showcasing our artworks so that they can be fully seen by visitors, they can still appear differently when you see them in real life. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your artwork or swap it for another artwork up to the value of the originally purchased item(s). What is your return policy?

We have a 14 day returns policy which applies for damaged works as well. Please note that any refunds need to be done within this time frame. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork(s) and notify us that you wish to return the goods. All return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the artwork(s) is received damaged. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer until they are received back by Maliyaa. If you need any help with this process, please contact us!

 

Please note that if you ordered your artwork framed in advance through us and you are not happy with the artwork once received, we do not refund framing costs unless they are damaged during transport.

How do I return the artwork if I’m not happy with it?

Contact us within 7 days. Make sure the artwork is securely packed for transport – we recommend that you use the original packaging. The artwork has to be returned within 14 days and in original condition and undamaged. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will my refund get issued?

We will process your refund once we have received the artwork and have checked that it is in good condition.

The artwork was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current state of the artwork so that we can make an informed decision on what to do. Depending on the damage, we can either try to have it repair locally, or you can return it and be refunded. Maliyaa covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during shipping.
