Our goal is to make sure that you have the best possible experience with us as such we offer free worldwide shipping and insurance policies on all artworks presented on the Maliyaa site unless otherwise stated. The artwork(s) that you purchased can be delivered to your doorstep within 4-7 days from dispatch. Hassle free!

What kind of packaging is used?

All packaging is done to a high standard and is designed to best protect your artwork. While packaging depends on the artwork’s requirements we send upstretched paintings mostly in roll or tube packaging to best protect the artwork. Most of the time other artworks will be packed in solid boxes.

How long does delivery take?

While dependent on your location, delivery will normally take 4-7 days after payment has been fully processed. This may vary if you purchase glasswork or if you request framing. Once the artwork(s) has been dispatched you will receive an email to inform you of shipping method and estimated delivery time.

Which delivery company do you use?

UPS and PostNL are our preferred delivery companies.

How do you pack artwork?

All artwork is packed professionally by Maliyaa staff. With many years of experience all artwork is packed to the highest standards to make sure your artwork is fully protected and that it arrives as it should.

Is a certificate of authenticity provided?

Maliyaa stands behind all the Aboriginal Artworks that it sells and each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity and any other information that is available about the artwork and artist. Maliyaa and its owners have been associated with Aboriginal Art for more then a decade and stands for fair and ethical trading in all its dealings with Aboriginal Art and Artists.
